Soccer for Success Kicks Off in Upland!


Widener University’s Chester-Upland Soccer for Success Program, a free after-school program that teaches healthy-living habits through the game of soccer has begun programming at Toby Farms and Main Street Elementary in addition to the existing program at the Upland campus of Chester Community Charter School.

In its fourth year of operation, Chester-Upland Soccer for Success has worked with over 1300 youth in throughout the Chester-Upland School District. In the first season at Main Street Elementary and Toby Farms, over 40 players have signed up to learn about the game of soccer, nutrition and receive mentorship from Soccer for Success coaches.
