Upland Recognized by PA State Association of Boroughs

The PSAB recognized Upland Borough as their “2010 MVP” at the Annual Banquet held in Pittsburgh on April 27th.

President Edward Mitchell and Mayor Michael Ciach accepted the traveling trophy (photo above) and a permanent wall plaque on behalf of the borough.

The traveling trophy will be on display at Borough Hall throughout 2010.
